The Board Men were out in full effect at BigShots Myrtle Beach Live. Here's a look at some of the top rebounders from the weekend.

Kirshon Thrash - 6'4 - BigShots Elite Georgia - 2020

Kirshon Thrash has a big guard build and anytime there’s a scrum for a rebound, expect him to come out the pile with the ball. He got a lot of his points off offensive rebounds this past weekend and walked away as one of the top rebounders at Myrtle Beach Live.

Chris Youngblood - 6'6 - BigShots Elite Georgia - 2020

When Chris Youngblood goes in for a rebound, he’s moving everybody out his way to get the rock. He finished above the rim a few times as well, showing off his strength in the paint. He has the shoulders and size to be one of the top rebounders at the next level.

Nick Farrar - 6'6 - BigShots Elite North Carolina

Nick Farrar reminds me a lot of Zach Randolph in the paint. He uses his size well to get position in the post and anything that comes his way on the glass typically comes his way. He’s a player that can fill the void

Kuluel Mading - 6'8 - New Light Disciples - 2020

Kuluel Mading makes his living all over the floor and he's definitely not afraid of doing his work in the paint on the boards. He had a number of solid putbacks at Myrtle Beach Live and also did well to draw fouls and get to the free-throw line.

Ty Johnson - 6'7 - BigShots Elite West Virginia - 2020

Ty Johnson was a solid stretch-4 option for BigShots Elite West Virginia this past weekend. He can run the floor well and definitely put college coaches on notice with his ability to rebound the basketball. His stock should rise after earning his points on the offensive glass.

Jayvon Mercer - 6'5 - WCBA - 2021

Jayvon Mercer led the 16U division in scoring in Session 1 (21.0 ppg) and was second in Session 2 (22.3 ppg) and most of his points came off his ability to crash the offensive glass. He was a force on the rebounding front for WCBA and is one prospect to keep an eye on due to his soft hands and strength in the paint.

Saliou Nguer - 6'11 - WV Mpact - 2021

Saliou Nguer is one post player that doesn't need too many touches on offense as he'll find his own on the glass. He even had a highlight-reel dunk in the paint which began with his ability to rebound and push the ball up the floor. He's got an offer from West Virginia Wesleyan but with his size and development, he should begin to get some Division 1 looks.

Cade Looney - 6'8 - Team Xplosion - 2021

Cade Looney has nice hands and touch in the post, especially on the glass. He's a 6-foot-8 player that stretches the floor with his shooting ability but also isn't afraid to do his work on the boards. He did well on both ends to establish position on the rebounding front all weekend and showed off an improved body.

Keith Robinson - 6'5 - Quinn Anvils - 2023

Keith Robinson is one of the younger prospects on the list but he's earned his spot after an impressive showing with the Quinn Anvils. He posted solid numbers at his division and showed off his strength on the boards, making a number of and-ones off his rebounding. He's a player to keep an eye on going forward.
