As summer ball is now in full swing, Prep Hoops Kansas takes a look at some of the state’s top players on the rise in a variety of positions.
Below are some of the state’s players to keep your eyes on in the 2021 class
Aiden Rudolph, 6’0, G, 2021, Clifton-Clyde
A physical guard with good size and a muscular frame. He can handle the ball well and has a deadly step-back 3 point shot. He rebounds well for his size and can put his head down and get through coverage and finish place on his way to the basket. A good overall point guard who understands his role.
Hunter Davis, 5’8, G, 2021, Maede
A smart guard who has good vision and the ability to create. He is good and one on one situations and can find baskets for himself and those around him. He’s active on the defensive side of the floor and can force turnovers, come away with steals and secure some rebounds and kick off a fast break. He’s a good transition player as well and works hard to outwork his opponents.
Adan Granillo, 5’11, G, 2021, Moscow
Solid guard who does a little bit of everything for his team. He can score, rebound and is a smart passer. He can handle the ball some and looks to get out and open space and make plays. He’s a good shooter from distance and can connect from mid-range and the free throw line. He is a good team player.
Seth Williams, 5’11, G, 2021, Greeley County
The guard who runs the floor well and can play with the ball and without it. He is a player who can play physical if he needs to and knows how to defend well in half-court situations and through a press.
Zach Schemm, 5’11, G, 2021, Weskan
Schemm gets touches by staying active and continuing to look for the best possible play. He is a player who can slip to the basket and can get around opponents if you needs to with his dribble. He scores some and looks to pass.
