<p>Last years 4A tournament proved that seeding would be a great idea moving forward as the two best teams in 4A (arguably) met in the 1st round last season. With a new revamped seeding playoff system 4A could be an exciting tournament that can go to any team. </p>
<p>4A will have a clear ranking at number 1 with Sky View. Sky View will be the favorite as they will defend their title with a Mr. Basketball candidate in Mason Falslev. The 6'4 G and University of Utah commit would be a handful in 5A or 6A.</p>

<p>Canyon View</p>
<p>Cedar</p>
<p>Desert Hills</p>
<p>Dixie</p>
<p>Juan Diego</p>
<p>Logan</p>
<p>Pine View</p>
<p>Sky View</p>
<p>Stansbury</p>
<p>Tooele</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Region 9</span>- The St. George schools are always tough. It will be curious to see how the new school Crimson Cliffs manages against a tough region. 5 schools in this region will be tough teams.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Region 10-</span> Usually region 10 produces 1 team that will make noise but last season there was a few surprises. This upcoming year they will have three good teams. Juan Diego is usually a power but they will be going through a youth movement. </p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Region 11</span>- Last season region 11 had 4 teams that could win it all. This year they will be hit with a lot of players graduating. Sky View should run away with region but they have proved that they don't have to win region to win it all. </p>
