Who were the top shooters from the state of Illinois at the Hard Work Live event this past weekend in Madison? We look at the sharp shooters from the PrepHoops Circuit event here!

SG DeAndre Turner (Illinois Blaze 17U)

Turner opened up the Hard Work tournament in style with his three point shooting knocking down an array of threes in the first half of their opening game.

SG Garrett Greene (All-In Athletics 17U)

Greene is a rangy two guard from the 2021 class that can fill it up from deep.

SG Antoine Bloxton (The Work Foundation 17U)

Bloxton has a versatile all-around game from the two guard spot, but we were definitely impressed with the way he shot it.

SF Scott Lanier (The Work Foundation 17U)

Lanier is a rangy forward that lets it fly with a lot of ease from three.

PG Beau Frericks (Team RWA 17U)

One of the top shooters in the state! This Cary-Grove junior is a crisp three point shooting point guard.

SF Paul Zilinskas (ET21 Buckeyes 17U)

Skilled small forward showed versatility over the weekend, but his strength above all else remains his knock down shooting.

G Brandon Malone (Hoops4Health 17U)

Malone is an athletic combo guard that was a big time shooting threat pulling up and off the catch.

SG Jack Vasilopoulos (Hoops4Health 17U)

Another shooter on Hoops4Health was this kid as he was lights out drilling threes in bunches.

SG Leondre Townsen (Illinois Vipers 17U)

Townsen displayed a versatile all-around game, but as the game went on his ability to create his own shot from deep stood out.

SG Tyriel Nelson (Illinois Vipers 17U)

Unsigned senior guard that more than proved to be an adequate three point shooter knocking down a handful in a Saturday night win.

SF Ryan Sucha (Team RWA 16U)

Sucha is a wing with size on the perimeter, toughness, and is a sniper when spotting up!

SG Brandon Burns (Fundamental U 16U)

Burns is a shot making guard that can create his own shot or do it off the catch particularly from the corners.

SG James Dent (Capital City Teamwork 16U)

Dent was among the top prospects at the event period and his sharp shooting is a big reason why!

SG Cameron Mallory (Illinois T-Wolves 17U)

Mallory is a long and rangy wing with a plus looking shot. Classic 3 & D wing!

SG Nicholas Galati (Sharks Basketball Academy 16U)

Galati kept the Sharks in the game with several key jumpers including a tough three toward the end of the game!
