Prep Hoops Circuit Preview: Spring Kick Off Denver, Colorado

<p>With Prep Hoops adding a traveling circuit we have a few Utah teams that have taken advantage of this opportunity.</p> <p>The Prep Hoops Circuit brings respectable platform and organization. Salt Lake Bounce was one of the 1st teams out of Utah to become a circuit member and a few teams have followed suit.</p> <p>The 1st stop in the Prep Hoops Circuit was Thousand Oaks, California that featured some excellent competition.</p> <p>Utah had one team participate in this event (Salt Lake Bounce) and they had a great showing especially at the 14U level as they reached the championship game. </p> <p><strong>Utah Premier</strong>- has some notable players but their best players on paper are Park City PG <strong>Mark McCurdy</strong> who will play on the 17U team. Mark had a great statistical year for Park City. He is a tough guard who has a nice midrange game but gets to the basket with his high IQ. The 16U team will be lead by 6'7 stretch big<strong> Jaden Brownell</strong> from Alta High School. Jaden will be a big reason Alta will be much improved next year. Jaden's game is still developing but there is no reason he shouldn't have a double-double a game. Utah Premier has not fully updated their roster. </p> <p><strong>Utah Force</strong>- is a fairly new program to the travel scene but we have seen them play against other Utah teams and they can hold their own. We are excited to see how they compete against out of state teams. They will only filed 14U &amp; 15U teams. Utah Force has 3 14U teams and it is unclear who will be traveling with them. <strong>Jaxon Workman</strong> is the most notable player on their team that can shoot. </p> <p><strong>Salt Lake Bounce</strong> - will travel with 4 teams. Their 17U team will be lead by 6'6 <strong>Tyler Roberts, </strong>6'3 CG <strong>Camron Millican </strong>and 2021 PG <strong>Talon Valdes</strong> that will play up this weekend. The thing that makes Bounce intriguing to college coaches is that they are a true high academic program who's players can almost get into any school across the country.</p> <p>The 16U team will be lead by 6'2 CG <strong>Jag Gill-Martin</strong> another high academic prospect. The 15U team is lead by 6'2 G <strong>Elijah Tolbert</strong> and 6'6 F <strong>Maoake Tahiriori</strong>.
