JP Robinson- Robinson recently was in Birmingham, taking an official visit to Samford. The Bulldogs made offer to JP during his visit. Robinson is a 5’10-5’11 PG that can score on all 3 levels. On the year, this kid averaged 23-7-5 and 4 steals per game.
Jermaine Marshall- Marshall elected to reclassify to the 2019 class. His decision is paying off. The 6’5 athletic wing recently picked up an offer from North Alabama. The former Pleasant Grove product also has a D1 offer from Coppin State.
JC Norris- The Huntsville High guard has received an offer from Roane St (TN). Coach Nesbitt made the in home visit. Norris is 6’1 and can play on/off the ball. Oh, JC also shoots over 40% from 3.
Malik Tyson- Malik has picked up an offer from Alabama A&M. The 6’4 wing has excellent size and skill. This kid is a dog. Malik can guard multiple positions and score at all 3 levels.
Kayveon Moore- Moore has committed to local JUCO Gasden State. The Cardinals have made a hard effort to keep local perimeter players in the state. Moore is a dog on defense. He has a good mixture of athleticism and ability.
Desmond Williams- Williams is one of the top PG prospects in the state and a top 10 talent in the 2019 class. Recently he received his release from Troy and reopened his commitment. We expect Desmond to pick up more D1 offers.
Jeremiah Hurst- The 6’3 wing has committed to Iowa Central CC. Hurst is an athletic wing who can knock down open shots and guard all 3 perimeter spots. Jeremiah recently finished his prep career at McAdory.
Ahman Ellington- Ellington has chosen to decommit from Iowa Central CC and commit to St. Thomas University (FL). St. Thomas is a NAIA program located in Miami. Ellington was the motor to Hoover’s success this season.
Zyon Smith- The 6’2 combo guard has signed with Highland CC (KS). Smith was one of the best scoring guards in the state this season. Highland CC made the trip to the Rod Scott Unsigned Senior Showcase by Bama Mixtape.
