Jaquarious “JQ” Jones – Greenville HS – Team South Carolina
Jones is a mismatch guy at times on the floor for the Red Raiders. Jones has seen good minutes since freshman season on the varsity. Jones is very nimble with his footwork. Jones 6’3 plays bigger than his size on the floor and rebounds the ball well on both ends of the floor.
Literyian Tyler – North HS – Upward Stars Columbia
Tyler is a virtual unknown through many circles. Prep Hoops saw Tyler play as a freshman when North HS defeated Wagener Salley HS 81-74. Tyler scored 28 points on the evening. Tyler 6’4 left-handed slender-sleek wing averaged 25 ppg and 11.8 rebounds this season for the Eagles.
Taijon Simmons – Bishop England
Simmons 6’6 told Prep Hoops he wasn’t playing Grassroots ball since being injured during the season. Simmons really moves around the floor well and has great length.
Jasean Morris – Keenan HS – Upward Stars Southeast 2021
Morris 6’6 will look to contribute more to the offense next season for the Raiders. Morris a slender frame forward must get stronger with his body. Morris could look to add some major minutes this season for the Raiders with the graduation of several seniors.
Justin Baxter – Bamberg-Ehrhardt HS (pictured on front)
Baxter plays down in Orangeburg County like Tyler. Baxter 6’6 left-handed forward moves really well and works from block to block. Baxter really defends the passing lanes well with his length and has the ability to alter shots on the defensive end.
Yaturi Bolton – Goose Creek HS
Bolton has the ability to play inside-out on the floor. Bolton needs o be more consistent on the floor with his play next season. Bolton started off his career at Cathedral Academy before coming over to Goose Creek HS.
