<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The 2019 Boys State Basketball Tournament ran for six days in Lakeland. Prep Hoops Florida's Pat Lammer takes a look at his All-Tournament squad (classes 5A-9A):</span></p> <p><strong>Diwun Black (2019), Kissimmee Osceola:</strong> The 6-5 Black, who signed to play football at the University of Florida, canned 17 of 30 field-goal attempts at the final four. He poured in 35 points in the Class 9A state championship victory over Wellington and had 15 points vs. South Miami. Black averaged 9 rebounds and 2 1/2 steals. </p> <p><strong>A.J. Staton-McCray (2020), Blanche Ely:</strong> The junior guard tossed in 19 points and had the play of the game with a block at the rim to help the Tigers repeat in 8A. Staton-McCray shot 11 of 24 from the field and finished the final four with 28 points. He averaged 6 1/2 rebounds and 2 1/2 steals per game.</p> <p><strong>Malachi Hazelton (2020), Blanche Ely:</strong> The 6-5 Hazelton went 9 for 14 from the field and scored 23 points for Melvin Randall, who won his record ninth state championship. Hazelton averaged 7 rebounds and came away with big steals.</p> <p><strong>Scottie Barnes (2020), University School:</strong> The 6-foot-8 playmaker made 15 of 26 field-goal attempts to finish with 35 points as the Sharks repeated in Class 5A. Barnes, one of the top juniors in the country, averaged 7 rebounds and 4 assists and had just 4 turnovers in more than 57 minutes.</p> <p><strong>Roger McFarlane (2020), University School:</strong> The junior connected on 16 of 22 shots and finished the final four with 38 points. McFarlane's play was big with 6-10 center Vernon Carey Jr. out with his foot in a boot. McFarlane averaged 8 rebounds and 3 steals per game.</p> <p><strong>Jaden Voisin (2019), Crestview:</strong> Voisin, who has signed to play football at South Alabama, shot of 11 of 23 from the field and an outstanding 16 of 17 at the free-throw line to power Crestview to the 7A crown. The 6-footer had 13 rebounds and 7 assists in the two final four games.</p> <p><strong>Inady Legiste (2020), Stranahan:</strong> The Dragons' big man scored 35 points at the final four as Stranahan won its first state championship. Legiste went 15 for 21 from the field to go along with 15 rebounds.</p> <p><strong>Brian Dugazon (2019), Stranahan:</strong> The speedy senior point guard scored 35 points. He shot 13 of 27 from the field. Dugazon averaged 3 assists and 2 1/2 steals. Dugazon and Legiste helped Stranahan hold its two opponents to 45 and 54 points.</p> <p><strong>Linton Brown (2019), Wellington:</strong> The Indian River State recruit shot 9 of 24 in two games at the final four and finished with 34 points. He got to the free-throw line for 16 free ones. Brown averaged 7 1/2 rebounds a game.</p> <p><strong>Christian Shaneyfelt (2020), Lakewood Ranch:</strong> The junior shot 14 of 21 from the field and had final four games of 21 and 12 points in helping Lakewood Ranch to a runner-up finish in 8A.
