Colby Baggett, 6’2, G, 2021, Lee’s Summit West
A key player with a good sense of direction. Baggett is a player with size and skill. He plays a solid game is is very much in control of the situation. He lets the game come to him and does not force things or throw the ball away when he’s doubled. Another ball handler in the backcourt who can get on the board and protect the ball.
Nyk Bryant, 5’11, G, 2021, Park Hill
A quick player who plays tough defense in open court. He is a good on-ball defender who can turn players and force them to corner and problem areas of the floor. On offense Bryant attacks. He is constantly attacking the lane and is looking for openings and easy points. He uses his speed to get around opponents and is also a good shooter.
Danthony Pennington, 6’3, G, 2020, North Kansas City
A smart guard who brings great length and versatility to the floor. Pennington is a good shooter from distance who can sink shots with a defender in front of him. He has good speed and a creative nature.
Jalen Perry, 6’0, G, 2020, Liberty North
A solid player who can score buckets and force turnovers. Perry is a smart player for Liberty North who can come up big in the right moments and connect from the free throw line. Perry works hard on both ends and finds a way to contribute by staying active on the floor.
