Brandle Easter Jr., 6’1, G, 2019, Maize
A talented guard, Easter has put together a breakout season for Maize this year, averaging 15.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.8 steals per game for a squad that is off to a 12-0 start. He is shooting 65 percent from the field. Easter is strong in the open floor, a creative passer who plays with his head up and is strong getting to the basket and finishing in traffic.
Tyler Kahmann, 6’3, G, 2019, Campus @tyler_kahmann33
A three-sport athlete, Kahmann has earned all-state honors in all three sports (football, basketball, baseball), including second-team honors in basketball last season. He has good size, a high basketball IQ, and is a knock down shooter, capable of getting hot from distance and lighting up the scoreboard. Kahmann has committed to play football at Emporia State.
Milan Jenkins, 6’3, G, 2019, Wichita West @MilanJenkins2
Also a standout on the football field, Jenkins has committed to play at Butler. On the hardwood, Jenkins is a well-rounded guard who is capable of making an impact on a game in a variety of ways. He has good size at 6’3, 184-pounds, and uses his body well around the basket to seal opponents and score easy points. He is a standout 3-point shooter who plays with confidence and works hard at both ends of the floor. He is averaging nearly 16 points and 5.8 rebounds while shooting nearly 50 percent from the floor and is second on the Pioneers with 17 3-pointers made.
Easton Leedom, 6’3, G, 2019, Andover Central @LeedomEaston
Leedom is a standout shooter with NBA range and is capable of shooting from several feet beyond the 3-point arc. He is averaging 17 ppg, 7.4 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 2.3 steals for an Andover Central team that is 8-1. Leedom is shooting 46 percent from the field and is capable of scoring around the basket, makes smart passes and is capable of finding the open man.
Karon Sears, 6’2, G, 2019, Wichita South
Sears is a smooth guard with good size and athleticism who is terrific in transition, finishes well in traffic and runs the floor well. He is a strong defender who works hard at both ends of the floor and has the ability to block shots. Sears is averaging 10 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.
