Recruiting Report: Moses Nuangki (2019)
Moses Nuangki is heading into final season at Carlisle this winter and has been receiving interest from multiple college programs. At 6-foot-3, he has plenty of length to be a solid contributor at the two-guard position.
Following a summer full of AAU tournaments, college elite camps and a handful of showcases, the rising senior landed an offer from Bluefield College.

Now let’s break down his game, shall we?
Nuangki is best when driving to the basket, and that is very clear. If opponents let him get remotely close to the cylinder, he will more than likely finish the bucket, even with contact on the play.
Out on the break, Nuangki can get down the floor in just a few strides while handling the rock with authority. However, he has recognized that if he were to add a consistent jump shot to his arsenal of tricks, he can be that much better of a player.

“I’ve just been working on my jumper, and getting stronger,” Nuangki said. “Getting more explosive, but mostly my jumper.”
More specifically, Nuangki is looking to extend his game beyond the 3-point line.
Carlisle lost seven seniors last season, giving the team a new look in 2018-2019. It will be a roster to keep an eye on this season, and Nuangki will be the leader of the pack.
