Phenix Card Phenix Card 6'0" | CG Hayfield | 2026 State VA | 6’0” PG | Team Breakdown (2026)
Card is playing up at the 17U level after leading his Hayfield team this year, and he is showing he can hold his own with ease against the older players. He’s a natural floor general who handles pressure and gets his team into sets, and he can create plays for himself and others both in transition and in the half court. He showed good change of pace and made plays in pick-and-rolls, he made shots from multiple levels off the bounce and he set the tone defensively with his on ball pressure.
Cy Hardy Cy Hardy 6'0" | PG Northside | 2025 State VA | 6’0” PG | Team Hardy
Hardy is a two time state champ and Class 3 Player of the Year at Northside after winning another state championship this year, and he showed just how special he can be at the event. He’s the type of guard that is always in control, and is able to make tough plays look easy with his overall skill-set. He scored the ball well from all three levels, he showed deep range from beyond the arc, he finished well around the rim and in traffic and made plays for others as well.
Mykell Harvey Mykell Harvey 6'2" | SF Northside | 2025 State VA | 6’3” WF | Team Hardy
Harvey is Hardy’s running mate in high school as well and was an All State selection this year, and he’s one of the more underrated players in the 2025 class in the state. At 6’3” he’s a long and athletic wing who plays with a great motor on both ends of the floor, and he shows a fearless attitude in the way he plays. He gets downhill and can play above the rim or through traffic when he’s challenged, he can knock down open shots and he shines defensively with his ability to guard multiple positions.
Brent Thompson | 5’11” PG | TMB
Thompson is the leader of this talented Marsh Brothers team, and he’s as skilled a lead guard as you’ll come across. The 5’11” lefty is a natural leader who can handle pressure and lead his team, and he brings a toughness on both ends that’s easy to like. He scored the ball well in different ways knocking down shots from deep and getting to the rim, he made plays for others and he was a pest defensively setting the tone for his team.
Tykie Jones Tykie Jones 6'4" | SG Henrico | 2025 State VA | 6’3” WG | River City Reign
The Henrico High School standout is one of the more under the radar players in the Richmond area, and he should have a big summer as the go-to guy for this RCR team. The 6’3” wing has great physical tools with his size and length, and coupled with his natural movements and high motor he makes an impact on both ends. He got to spots effortlessly and made shots from the midrange, he attacked the offensive glass for extra opportunities and he made plays on the defensive end too.
Hassan Dorman | 6’2” CG | Team Biss
Dorman is one of the top available 2024 prospects we watched at the event, as he had Team Biss rolling with his presence on both ends of the floor. He’s a naturally gifted scoring guard who can work in numerous systems and looks, and he showed great instincts defensively too. He created space and made tough shots in the midrange, he showed the ability to change speeds and turn the corner to get to the rim and he didn’t shy away from big moments either.
Quentin Morgan Quentin Morgan 6'9" | C Deep Run | 2025 VA | 6’10” C | Team Loaded 804
Morgan is perhaps the most underrated player in the 2025 class in the Richmond area, as he’s oozing with potential moving forward and he continues to get better and better. At 6’10” he’s a presence in the paint just by being in the game, and his mobility makes him very intriguing moving forward. He showed the ability to stay in front and challenge shots on the pick-and-roll, get up and down the floor in transition and he can finish above the rim while showing good touch around the rim too.
