The Redhawks prevailed on the road to move to 19-6 on the season. The Red Raiders were led in scoring by Wells Hoag (2018) with 15 points. Greenville finishes the season at 21-3.
South Aiken 64 Travelers Rest 57
The Thoroughbreds move to 15-6 on the season and into the Final 8.
Ridge View 63 Eastside (Taylors) 45
Walyn Napper (2019) led the Blazers with 19 points and 8 assists. Crosby Harris-James (2019) chipped in 13 points while JaVon Anderson (2019) added 11 points. The Blazers move to 18-7 on the season.
Aiken 48 Greer 39
The Fighting Green Hornets 22-2 will stay at home for it least one more game after winning yesterday. Antonio Bussey (2018) led the way with 12 points and 14 rebounds. George Williams scored 13 points and Kevin Williamson (2018) added 11 points and 10 rebounds in the win.
Lower State
A.C. Flora 67 Stall 61
Matt Jamison helped the Falcons advance to the Lower State Semi Finals with 17 points. Derrick “DJ” Sinkler added 12 points, Nasir Boyce 11 points, Zack Foulks 9 points and RJ Mobley 8 points. Diamante Brown didn’t play for the 2nd straight game.
Romello Grant finished the game with 25 points and 16 rebounds in the loss for the Warriors. Jalen Bailey added 14 points and Seth Rivers continued his solid play with 9 points, 11 rebounds and 7 blocks.
Lakewood 64 Colleton County 47
The Gators took care of business at home and got by the Cougars to advance to the 3rd round. The Gators 18-9 were led in scoring by Juwan Perdue (2019) with 18 points and 16 rebounds. Quentin Hodge (2020) added 13 points and senior guard Grant Singleton scored 11 points at “The Swamp”.
Nyeem Green led the Cougars in the loss with 21 points. Tristian Nieves scored just 8 points in the game. The Cougars finish the season at 18-8.
Wilson (Florence) 67 Orangeburg-Wilkinson 54
The Tigers move to 19-3 after beating the Bruins last night. Allen Williamson (2020) led the way for the Tigers with 20 points and Class AAAA State Player of the Year Alex Caldwell added 19 points.
Justin Hodges led the Bruins with 15 points and Yohannes Utsey (2018) scored 10 points in his last game for the Bruins. The Bruins finished the season at 20-5 under Head Coach Willie Thomas.
Berkeley 63 Hartsville 54
The Stags will host the Wilson Tigers on Tuesday in Monck Corners. The Stags 20-2 on the season were led in scoring by Ephraim Butler (2018) with 19 points. Trevur Smalls (2019) added 19 points after going 8-9 from the foul line. Ishan White (2019) recorded a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds.
The Red Foxes were led in scoring by Kyron Gray (2018) with 13 points. Donquail Bishop (2018) and Trae Hannibal both added 12 points. The Red Foxes finished the season at 16-9.
