Prep Hoops Idaho Player Of The Week (12/11-12/18) Is Columbia’s Jake Poulton
Prep Hoops Idaho is proud to continue our Player of the Week award for the 2017-2018 prep hoops season. Each Player of the Week candidate below has put up impressive stats during the past week in addition to being an integral member for their respective team.
Each week we highlight those who have stood out in what will be a season long tradition spotlighting the top producing prospects in the state of Idaho.
Voting has ended and it appears that Jake Poulton‘s solid effort in a tough matchup against Skyview, as well as help lead his team to a 2-1 record (with wins over Skyview and Wood River) this past week is enough to earn him our Prep Hoops Idaho Player of the Week award.
Poulton, a 5’10 guard who is a leader for his Columbia team displayed on Saturday what he can do in order to help his team get more wins as the season progresses. A well-rounded effort due to his versatile skill set, Poulton will be a 2019 prospect to continue tracking as he currently sits in our top 5 for the class. Poulton also took part in our Q&A series before this season kicked off. Next up for Poulton and the Columbia Wildcats is a matchup with Capital at home, Tuesday, December 19th at 7:30pm, should be a good one!
Congratulations to Jake Poulton, our 12/11-12/18 Prep Hoops Idaho Player of the Week.
