Prospect Spotlight: Jaloni Garner (2018)
Class of 2018 Combo Guard Jaloni Garner is a highflying athletic combo guard from Renton high School (Renton, Washington). This young ball player can break the defender down with the dribble and has a solid mid range game. His passion for the game electrifies the crowd and he feeds off of that energy. While most coaches spend time trying to get their players prepped for big games this young man comes in with that mindset.
Super impressed with Jaloni, he is an athletic guard that has good quickness and a tremendous feel for the game. Deep range and can drive off the bounce and finish strong at the rim. He has gained some offers/interest from some JUCO and NWACC schools.
A Long and rangy combo guard with a tremendous feel for the game. A Underrated passer that has an advanced feel for the game and getting others involved. Smooth in pick and roll situations making good decisions with the ball. Handles it extremely well and has a high motor.
“Renton High School was a good experience for me. We finished strong in our conference this year. We had some ups and downs but overall we were able to find out personality within the game and play to our strengths. I think I played good and became one of our most vocal leaders. I facilitated and got everyone involved. Scored when I needed too. Did what I needed to do to help the team win.”
