Program MVP: Ramean Hinton
Who was the MVP of each grassroots team program this past spring and summer? This might not necessarily be the best player although in many cases it is. We are looking at the player from Illinois that elevated their game and stepped up when it mattered most taking both themselves and their teams to the next level.
The program MVP for All-In Athletics was one of the tougher calls with a variety of players at each level that could be under consideration with a wide ranging of projectability where they stand when it comes to prospects for college. We went with the player that made the biggest impact and impression on us. That prospect was Curie 2020 shooting guard Ramean Hinton. Great size, strength, and athleticism combination for this 2020 two guard from public league power Curie. Hinton uses his strength to attack the rim with authority. He was relentless taking it to the cup and finished well. When he does miss he uses a nice second jump to get put backs. Best playing downhill and in transition. Flashes shooting ability though and is a good free throw shooter. Snatches rebounds. D1 ability. He was absolutely dominant playing on the 15U level at the Next Level Invitational where he took home the MVP of that event. A lot of upside with this prospect.
Congratulations to Curie 2020 shooting guard Ramean Hinton on winning the PrepHoopsIllinois Program MVP for All-In Athletics.
