Prep Hoops 250 Expo : 2021 standouts
The future in the Palmetto State looks very bright . This past weekend in the Prep Hoops 250 Expo in Myrtle Beach showed us just that. Lets take a look at some 2021 that could place in the event.
Adonis Davis – Blackville-Hilda HS (Blackville)
Davis is a name you will here quite a bit over the next 4 years. Bret Swanson – Swanny’s Roundball Review has seen Davis play since the 7th grade for Blackville-Hilda Head Coach Mike Beasley. Davis just does all the things on the floor to put your team in position to win games.
Jalen Brown – Lower Richland HS
Brown just 5’5 showed no fear on the floor today. Brown pulled up and launched a few three pointers along with getting through defenses with his ball-handling.
Jaden Scott – James Island HS
Scott 5’10 played this summer with TMP 15U on the AAU circuit. Scott came down today and connected on some jumpers and really used some nice bounce passes.
Umar Lawson – Lakewood HS (Sumter)
Lawson 5’11 has a bright future for the Gators and is the younger brother of Ahkeem Lawson. Lawson got the ball into the lane and found the open man today.
DaVeon Thomas – Lee Central HS (Bishopville)
Thomas played this summer with Central Carolina Force and Davis. Thomas 6’0 will look to contribute to the Stallions roster this season. Thomas really can defend on the ball with his quick hands.
Kameron Little – Legacy Early College (Greenville)
Little already 6’4 will be a good one for Head Coach BJ Jackson in the future. Little plays the passing lanes well and just seems to be in the right space at all times.
Ty’quez Eaddy – West Florence HS (pictured on front)
Eaddy was a pleasant surprise for us today. Eaddy recently transferred over to the Knights from Lake City, SC. Eaddy 6’4 hit a few mid-range jumpers and rebounded the ball well on both ends of the floor.
The future of basketball in the Palmetto State looks very bright and these are just some of the 2021 kids.
