Prep Spotlight: Sadarius Bowser
Sadarius Bowser 6’8 has the ability to block and alter shots on the defensive end of the floor. Bowser is still improving his offensive skill set. Bowser helped lead the Gaffney Indians to one the Upper State Finals before falling to eventual State Champion Dorman. Bowser will look to help the Indians get over the hump and make it to Columbia next March.
How was your season at Gaffney this year?
It was a pretty good season.
How is the transition of losing the seniors from last year team going to change your role from last year?
I’ll definitely have to step up and lead the team along with the other seniors.
How was playing AAU with the SC Supreme this year?
Playing AAU with the team got me a ton of exposure and it’s one of the best things that has happened in my basketball career.
How has your game change since the end of high school season?
My basketball IQ and all-around game has changed since March.
What Skills can help you at the next level?
I can rebound, defend, and I have a high motor.
What skills do you need to work on for the next level?
I need to work on my ball handling skills and finishing more on the next level.
What schools have offered you?
Charleston Southern, Buffalo, Gardner-Webb, South Carolina State, Tusculum (TN) and Coker College (SC) have offered according to Bowser.
