Players on the move
These players will be sporting new uniforms this coming season on the hardwood. Prep Hoops takes a look at some kids that might not be on many radars.
Tyrek Walls (2018) – North Augusta HS to Fox Creek HS
Walls saw good action last season for the Yellow Jackets. Walls a point guard should look to lead Head Coach Andrew Peckham Predators squad on the floor. Walls averaged 5 ppg and 4 assists last season.
Anthony Flagler (2018) – Keenan HS to Eau Claire HS
Flaglet had a good summer playing AAU with Team Vision (Asheville, NC). Flagler slender-sleek post player likes to play face-up and has the ability to hit the 3 ball. Flagler saw limited action last season for the Raiders.
Javon Randolph (2018) – CA Johnson HS to Eau Claire HS
Randolph played last season for the Hornets and now finds himself to be a Shamrock this coming season. Randolph 6’0 combo guard has the ability to get the ball to the cup or create his own shot.
Devon Busby (2018) – Rock Hill HS to Lewisville HS
Busby has been on the move the past few seasons. Busby played last season at Rock Hill HS and Westminster Catawba prior to that.
Terrell Houston (2018) – Laurence Manning Academy to Lakewood HS (pictured on front)
Houston finds himself playing in the back court with Grant Singleton for the Gators. Houston a strong guard averaged 7 ppg last season for the Swamp Cats. Houston is a tough down hill guard.
Nazir Andino (2018) – Laurence Manning Academy to Crestwood HS
Andino is a bit of a one trick pony on the floor. Andino loves to shoot the ball from 3 point range. I’ve seen Andino hit 6 in a row and seen him miss 6 in a row. Streaky shooter to say the least. Andino st times this spring and summer played AAU ball with the South Carolina Ballers.
Jaylen Johnson (2018) – Carolina Forest HS to Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach
Johnson started his career at Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach and played last season for the Panthers at Carolina Forest HS. Johnson a athletic slasher should give the Saints a senior on the roster this season.
