Intro: Ramean Hinton (2020)
Talk about a breakout July! Our MVP of the Next Level Invitational at the beginning of July for the 2020 class was a prospect that wasn’t even on our radar at the beginning of the July live period. Curie shooting guard Ramean Hinton might end up being a top 20 prospect after it! Great size, strength, and athleticism combination for this 2020 two guard from public league power Curie. Hinton uses his strength to attack the rim with authority. He was relentless taking it to the cup and finished well. When he does miss he uses a nice second jump to get put backs. Best playing downhill and in transition. Flashes shooting ability though and is a good free throw shooter. Snatches rebounds. D1 ability.
He had fun playing with All-In Athletics 15U during the July evaluation period.
“We enjoy ourselves playing on this team. We play as a team and have fun on the court. We like to play in the moment against whatever team we play.”
How did he feel it went for him from an individual standpoint?
“I think I am playing good. I am working on my game each and every day and getting better.”
He was able to play with his high school team during June.
“It went good with Curie. We won a lot of games.”
Look for Hinton to be a player that breaks out on the high school scene this winter as an energy scorer for Curie!
