Summer Havoc
Prep Hoops took in the opening night action from the Summer Havoc Event in Spartanburg. Here are some kids that stood out from the Palmetto State.
RJ Campbell (2019) – Game Elite 2019 Black
Campbell was very active on the glass today. Campbell a thick framed post player plays at Southside HS (Greenville). Campbell scored around the basket today with ease. Campbell grabbed 12 rebounds in the opening game.
Jamal Edmonson (2018) – Game Elite 2019 Black
Edmonson recently transferred to Ashley Ridge HS. Edmonson has played the past 3 seasons at Northwood Academy. Edmonson a small forward clinched the opening round victory with a drive to the basket. Edmonson scored 8 points in the win.
Randall Litmon (2018) – Game Elite 2019 Black
Litmon has recently transferred to West Ashley HS. Litmon a left-handed wing player played last season at Northwood Academy.
Sam Gravley (2018) – Upward Stars Upstate Blue
Gravley had a solid outing with 17 points after connecting on 3 three pointers in the game. Gravley a shooting guard plays at nearby Greer HS. Gravely popped off several screens for open looks on the floor.
Uzziah Dawkins (2018) – Upward Stars Upstate Blue
Dawkins a combo guard led Upward Stars Upstate Blue with 18 points in the victory. Dawkins a combo guard likes to look to score the ball. Dawkins looked to attack the basket many times tonight. Dawkins must improve on his shot selection.
Anthony Flagler (2018) – Team Vision
Flagler 6’7 post player is a raw talent and still trying to catch up to the game. Flagler recently transferred to Eau Claire HS. Flagler played last season in limited action at Keenan HS. Flagler has the ability to face-up and knockdown the 15-17 foot jumper. Flagler must add weight and strength to his frame.
Chandler Lindsey (2018) – South Carolina Bucks (pictured on front)
Lindsey a point guard is playing with the South Carolina Bucks instead of Adidas Gauntlet SC Supreme team. Lindsey sports a 40 inch vertical is a left-handed point guard who really excels in the transition game. Lindsey scored 18 points in the opening game.
