Palmetto State : New Players in New Places
Prep Hoops takes a look at some new players in new places this coming season from the South Carolina Team Camp yesterday. Several players are on the move.
Randall Litmon (2018) – Northwood Academy to West Ashley HS (pictured on front)
Litmon 6’5 left-handed small forward is on the move back to West Ashley HS. Litmon is playing AAU with Game Elite Black this spring. Litmon averaged 9.2 ppg and 4.7 rebounds last season for the 22-10 Chargers.
Raymond Williams (2018) – Berea HS to Legacy Charter
Williams a combo guard DNP yesterday for the Lions as he was dressed in street clothes.
CJ Plantin (2020) – Pendleton HS to Legacy Charter
Plantin 6’4 left-handed wing player had a solid freshman season at Pendleton HS. Plantin is making the conversion to small forward and already has a mature body frame for such a young age. Plantin plays with Team Loaded NC 704 on the AAU circuit. Plantin averaged 12.7 ppg and 11.2 rebounds last season for the Bulldogs.
Malik Wiles (2020) – Broome HS to Legacy Charter
Wiles averaged 7.2 ppg and 4 rebounds last season at Broome HS. Wiles 6’2 can really knock down shots on the perimeter for the Lions. Wiles is a welcome addition to this very talented team.
Cameron Singleton (2018) – Laurence Manning Academy to Sumter HS
Singleton finds himself back with the Gamecocks after playing just a semester for the Swampcats last season. Sinlgeton a small point guard will be a senior leader with Isaih Moore on this team.
Terrell Houston (2018) – Laurence Manning Academy to Lakewood HS
Houston is in his 3rd school with the past 3 years. Houston made a prior stop at Crestwood HS.
Derrick Sinkler (2019) – Keenan HS to AC Flora HS
Sinkler comes over to the Falcons to team up with Daniel Finney and Diamante Brown on this roster.
Anthony Flagler (2019) – Keenan HS to Eau Claire HS
Flagler 6’7 is a very slender post player that saw limited action for the Raiders last season.
