Prep Hoops takes a look at some 2019 players that you might want to keep a eye on heading into this summer.
Javon Anderson – Ridge View HS
Anderson had a solid spring for the Carolina Pressure on the AAU Circuit. Anderson will look to get minutes on a young Blazers squad this season. Anderson a catch-shoot player can really knock down shots. Anderson is the quarterback on the gridiron for the Blazers football program.
Darius Boatwright – Dillon HS
Boatwright led the Wildcats to the 3A State Championship Game last March vs Greenville Southside HS. Boatwright likes to play on the perimeter and feels very comfortable playing there. Boatwright can change a game on the defensive end with his quick leaping ability. Boatwright plays Big Shots South Carolina 16U
Shane McCravy – Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mount Pleasant)
McCravy is back with the Land Sharks this coming season. McCravy started his career at Porter Gaud. McGravy runs AAU with the Southern Stampede 16U on the EYBL Circuit.
Mike Green – Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach
Green a left-handed shooting guard can really stroke the ball especially when open on the floor. Green a mainstay for the Saints roster will look to lead this squad this season. Green is very crafty with the ball and can really find the open man on the floor. Green plays with McCravy on the Southern Stampede 16U team.
Dallaz Corbitt – 22Feet Academy (Greenville) (pictured on front)
Corbitt is back for a 2nd season here at 22Feet Academy according to Head Coach Cody Hopkins. Corbitt 6’6 started his career at Keenan HS before coming over to the program last season. Corbitt a strong and athletic forward plays really well around the cup. Corbitt runs AAU with the Karolina Khaos 16U team.
