The class of 2019 has a lot of balance with some talented posts, guards, and wings. In addition, this class has a number of versatile players who are capable of playing at an array of positions at the next level. Below, are the most versatile players in the class.

#2 Majok Deng 6’5 SG/SF Salpointe (PowerHouse)
Deng has the ability to lead a team in every statistical category. He is a skilled scorer who does not force shots. When he creates, he sees his teammates well, and he does a good job on the glass. Defensively, his length and motor enable him to play at an array of spots. He is a good on ball defender who is skilled at rotating in help side, closing gaps, and protecting the paint. Deng is a special talent who will do big things at the next level.
#9 Emmanuel Taban 6’7 SF Apollo (Factory)
Taban is a lengthy wing who can shoot the basketball at a high level. He can play on the block, but is much more comfortable along the perimeter. He has a solid handle and a good basketball IQ. Defensively, he is best at guard 3s and 4s, but has shown an ability to compete with 2s and 5s. He does a good job of getting his hands into the passing lanes and disrupting the offenses rhythm due to his length and athleticism.
#15 BJ Bryant 6’4 SG/SF NFL Yet (Tru Heat)
Bryant is very skilled and has elite level athleticism. He plays a lot of small forward for NFL Yet, but does a great job of playing the 4 against zones due to his high basketball IQ and feel for the game. He is explosive off of the dribble and finishes really well around the rim. Defensively, he is a stout on ball defender who plays with a bulldog mentality.
#16 Walter Talley 6’7 SF Tri-City Christian (Belmont Shore)
Talley has shown spurts of being really special due to his length and skill set. He can play around the perimeter and take defenders off of the dribble. Moreover, he has enough size that he can post up smaller defenders on the block and finish around the rim. Talley should be in for a fun and telling July with Belmont Shore.
#32 Jaret Allen 6’4 SF Deer Valley (Classics)
Allen is a game changer due to the number of things that he can do on the basketball court. He has a good handle, a good shot, and good hands. His length at the 2 or 3 make him tough on the defensive end and allow his teams to play multiple styles of defense. Allen has a good feel for the game as well and does a good job of running in transition.
