Pocket City PG
PrepHoops.com continues to keep an eye on Class of 2019 G Cade Cunningham (Madisonville-North Hopkins). Competing with Pocket City AAU, Cade contributes each game.
“Cade is having a big AAU season so far averaging 10.5 ppg and around 4 assists with a strong Pocket City team,” said Father Chet Cunningham. “Cade is the starting point guard and has been contacted by several colleges over the past few weeks.”
Pocket City is an adidas program with really strong coaching. The players develop skills quickly and compete each contest.
“Cade’s AAU team is 9-3 in three tournaments having played in the Gold Division of all three tournaments having most recently had a second place finish in the Kentucky Hoopfest in Louisville,” said Mr. Cunningham.
Tradition
Cade’s older brother, Noah Cunningham wrapped his high school career three months ago.
After sifting through the offers, Noah elected to play for Brescia University next fall.

Noah signed just last week.
At 6-foot-0, Cunningham is starting to develop his body. The sophomore has focused on weights and the natural maturity of his body is helping too. Cunningham tips the scales at 165 pounds.
For MNH, Cade played a supportive role this winter. He averaged 6 ppg, 2 apg. With the graduation of several seniors, including older brother Noah, Cade’s role is expected to expand substantially.
