Grassroots Feature: River City Reign 17U
Head Coach Chris Herron has helped turn River City Reign into one of the best nonshoe company teams on the East Coast. With multiple former players at Division One schools including Maliek White (Providence), DaMontez Oliver (Campbell) and Alex Petrie (Lafayette), this organization has done a great job developing kids and getting them the right exposure to get into school. They’re already off to a good start with one championship, and will be competing in the newly formed Hoop Group Summer League during the live periods.

ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS/NOTES
(From us)
Have seen this Reign group three times during the dead periods, and while they may not have one big name that stands out it’s a good group of unselfish guys who compete. As the summer goes on and they develop some chemistry, expect them to both compete in and win some big tournaments this summer
