#21 – Christiaan Jones – Cardinal Newman
Jones 6’4 shooting guard really improved his game this season for the Cardinals. Jones has signed onto play at Stetson next season.
Deshawn Thomas
#22 – DeShawn Thomas – A.C. Flora
Thomas 6’10 center will play at Florida Southwestern State College next season for Head Coach Marty Richter.
#23 – Josh Caldwell – Heathwood Hall
Caldwell 6’1 point guard has been a fixture for the Highlanders for the past 4 years. Caldwell has signed onto play at West Point (Army) next season.
#24 – Kaiden Rice – Ridge View
Rice had a solid season for the Blazers. Rice has found his way to Chucktown in the fall to play at The Citadel next season.
#25 – Tae Cannon – Dorman
Cannon has his Cavaliers playing in the 5A State Championship Game tonight vs Blythewood. Cannon has signed onto play at Catawba (NC) (NCAA D2) next season.
#26 – Rayshawn Neal – Legacy Charter (Greenville)
Neal is the best point guard still remaining in the Palmetto State in the 2017 class. Neal a lefty from Charlotte, NC can really push the ball up the floor. The Lions are playing this weekend in North Myrtle Beach, SC at the USA National Prep Championships.
#27 – Desmond Pressley – Hemingway
Pressley has his squad in the Class A State Championship game this afternoon vs Lewisville. Pressley a left-handed point guard was recently named Class A State Player of the Year.
#28 – Tracus Chisholm – York Prep (Rock Hill)
Chisholm is a off guard and one of the best in the Palmetto State in shooting the ball. Chisholm a strong student in the classroom has garnered a lot of NCAA D2 interest according to the York Prep Coaching Staff.
Jaylen Quick
#29 – Jaylen Quick – Wilson (Florence)
Quick helped the Tigers to a 21-1 season before falling to Lower Richland in the Lower State Championship game. Quick 6’7 left-handed power forward has been to a few schools in the past before having a very solid season for Tigers Head Coach Derrick McQueen.
#30 – James Moore – Legacy Charter (Greenville)
Moore 6’7 is a jumping jack athlete for the Lions. Moore a North Carolina native comes off the bench as a 6th man here. Moore will need to entertain junior college options according to Lions Head Coach BJ Jackson.
Prep Hoops will finish up the Top 20 in the next week as the high school basketball season is winding down in the Palmetto State.
