Stat sheet stuffer that isn’t dominant in one area, but will contribute across the board. This kid just has a nose for the ball and being around it to make plays.
He chatted with us about his senior year.
“I have been playing pretty well on both ends of the floor. Obviously I would like to get it going more on offense, but I am playing with in the flow of the offense. That is my game. Doing my best on both ends of the floor.”
Versatility is his calling card.
“I take a lot of pride in playing good defense. Getting to the rim and facilitating. Getting guys open shots. Getting guys good games.”
He made a name for himself with a strong July with Mercury Elite.
“It was great. Excellent group of guys. A lot of talented players. We played a lot of talented teams. Being with Coach Thomas is always great. He keeps pushing me throughout the summer.”
Where do things stand with his recruitment?
“Recruiting has been good. I have been in contact with a lot of D2 schools out east. A lot of schools in the Northeast Conference like Bentley University and Stonehill. A couple D1s out that way in Siena and Marist. A lot of D2 schools out here. I have an offer from Trinity International. Still open to a lot of things.”
He spoke highly of Trinity International.
“Coach has really got their program under his arms. Their guys love him. They play together really well.”
The senior most likely will not make a call until after the season.
