Provo- Adam Santiago is a flashy and offensively gifted point guard for the Timpview T-Birds. Santiago, Sagers, and Erickson make up the best guard line in the state and Adam can be the best of the best on any given night.
He has tremendous range on his jumper and is very quick with the ball in his hands. He changes ends very well and plays with great poise and toughness. Adam says, “My greatest strength’s as a player are my ability to shoot it from deep and my mental toughness”.
Adam is a tough cover and can have 30 on any give night. With his elite ball handling and shooting talent, he could be a Division 1 point guard. Averaging 15 PPG as a junior, clutch shot after clutch shot, Adam is developing into one of the very best players in the junior class. Standing 6 feet tall with above average quickness, Santiago could be a great find for a mid-major D1 or top D2.
Adam plays for Utah Basketball Club in the AAU circuit and is currently being recruited by Utah State and BYU. Adam will serve a two year Mormon mission and be eligible to start playing in college in 2020-2021 season.
