Koray Gilbert 6’3″ Vashon: A lefty wing who plays a secondary scoring role on a loaded Vashon team, but he has the skills to score at all three levels. Gilbert is an excellent 3-point shooter off the catch, but he also can swoop to the basket to finish and pull up from 15 feet to knock down a jumper. Had a lot of low-to-mid majors coming in to see him during fall workouts.
Steve Webb 6’2″ Westminster: A physical combo guard who plays a tenacious brand of basketball at both ends of the floor. Webb is very good at attacking the basket off the dribble. He is just as aggressive on defense where he likes to shoot the passing lanes. Has received a lot of Division II interest, including an offer from UMSL.
Cam Potts 6’1″ Webster Groves: An explosive combo wing who is one of the top defenders in the class. He loves to attack the basket on offense and can finish in traffic and dunk on you if possible. Potts thrives on guarding the opposing team’s top scorer. Has received a couple of offers from Division II schools.
Sam Orf 6’2″ CBC: Talented guard with a nice offensive game. Has the ability to knock down 3-pointers off the catch and create his own shot off the dribble. Has some heavy Division II interest with a few Division Is looking as well.
Anthony Hughes 6’4″ SLUH: One of the top stock-risers in the St. Louis area, Hughes is a long, athletic wing who excels as a perimeter shooter, secondary ball handler and top defensive player.
Cliff DeGroot 6’3″ Westminster: One of the top perimeter shooters in the Class of 2017, DeGroot has outstanding shooting range and a quick release to go with it.
Alec Spence 6’5″ MICDS: An athletic wing scorer who has the ability to score at the rim on the dribble. Spence also has a nice mid-range jumper in which he gets good elevation. He is also rebounding at a high level this season to the tune of nearly 10 boards a game.
Marin Vrucinic 6’5″ Chaminade: A smooth Croation lefty with excellent size and a nice stroke from 3-point range. Has nice handles and moves well without the ball. Knows how to operate on a loaded team with talented teammates.
Matt Roper 6’4″ MICDS: A lanky sharpshooter who has been enjoying an excellent year from long distance. He is currently averaging 18 points a game while making nearly 40 percent from 3-point range. Getting some Division III interest.
Isaiah Ford 6’4″ Webster Groves: A transfer from Affton, who is filling in a role on a strong team. Was a primary scorer at Affton where he displayed the ability get buckets and create offense for others with his ball handling and passing.
