Amadric Mixon – Lee Central (Bishopville) 2018
Mixon isn’t on the radar where ever you look. I have had the pleasure to see him play several times the past few years. Mixon nicknamed “Cheese” is a one trick pony with deep range. I have seen Mixon shoot the ball from 25 feet quite comfortably.
Effix Miller – Swansea – 2018
Miller a quarterback on the Tigers football team plays in Willie Thomas’s back court. Miller is currently averaging 22 pp this season for the 8-10 Tigers. Miller has shot already 147 three pointers this season and has connected on 80% (83-104) from the free throw line.
Miller is ranked #56 in the Prep Hoops Top 80.
Jalen Slawson – Pinewood Prep (Summerville) 2018
Slawson has grown the past few years to now 6’7 out on the wing. Slawson is averaging 15.9 ppg and 6.4 rebounds this season. Slawson has hit on 34% (39-116) from three point range. Slawson plays AAU with TMP.
Slawson is ranked #19 in the Prep Hoops Top 80.
Walker Lima – Pinewood Prep (Summerville) 2018
Lima is the unsung hero on the Panthers 15-8 squad. Lima plays AAU with Palmetto Elite. Lima has hit on 40% (48-120) from three point range this season. Lima is averaging 8.1 ppg this year.
Brandon Pirie – Cardinal Newman 2018
Pirie played AAU this past summer with the SC Kings. Pirie is averaging 10.6 ppg this season for the Cardinals 12-10.
Zam Fredrick – Calhoun County (St Matthews) 2018 (pictured)
Fredrick plays for his father at the Class 2A school in Calhoun County. Fredrick’s older brother played at Georgia Tech and South Carolina. Fredrick has great bloodlines along with a very deep shooting range stroke.
Fredrick usually plays off the ball at just 5’9. Fredrick is averaging 13 ppg this season for the Saints.
Fredrick is ranked #66 in the Prep Hoops Top 80.
Bradley Childers – Gaffney (Gaffney) 2018
Childers returned back to the Indians this season after being hurt all last season. Childers ran AAU with Upward Stars this past summer. Childers scored 24 points in the Indians victory over Rock Hill Northwestern.
Bradwin Salmond – Lugoff-Elgin 2018
Salmond is averaging 15.2 ppg this season for the Demons. Salmond has connected on 36% (49-136) from three point range.
Lucas Prickett – Hammond (Columbia) 2018
Prickett has been a mainstay on the Skyhawks roster since the 8th grade. Prickett is currently averaging 18.5 ppg and 6.3 rebounds this year. Prickett has taken on the scoring reins since the graduation of former Skyhawk player Seventh Woods who is now at North Carolina. Prickett plays wide receiver on the football team.
