William Rogers 6’3″ Saxony Lutheran: A big, lefty point guard who uses his size to his advantage. Has the ability to post up smaller guards or get to the basket with strength. Rogers can also knock down open 3-pointers off the catch. He is averaging about 18 points a game for one of the top Class 3 teams in the state. A very solid Division I to low Division I prospect.
Javarcus Word 5’8″ New Madrid Central: A mighty-mite who has been a four-year varsity starter. Plays at a fast rate of speed and uses his quickness to get in the lane and drive opposing defenses crazy. Has the ability to score in the lane despite his lack of size. Word has also improved as a 3-point shooter to increase his offensive effectiveness. Very good on the pick and roll.
Corie Williams 6’3″ Saxony Lutheran: An excellent wing guard with good size who has the ability to shoot the ball from the perimeter and get to the basket off the dribble.
Deantrell Beard 6’2″ Scott County Central: A powerful combo guard who plays all five positions as one of the bigger players on his Class 1 team, which is one of the best in the state. He is very strong and plays a very physical game, yet he is a very skilled a versatile performer.
Blake Bauwens 5’11” Cape Notre Dame: Talented point guard who can also play off the ball because of his excellent 3-point shooting range. He runs Notre Dame’s offense as the main ball handler and passer, but is also counted on to get buckets. An excellent small-college prospect.
Preston Wuebker 6’0″ Advance: Small-school combo guard who can really knock it down from 3-point range. As well as having excellent shooting range, he plays with a high motor on both ends of the floor. Having an outstanding year for a Class 1 state contender.
Emmanuel White 5’11” Clarkton: Talented combo guard who has the ability to get buckets and also facilitate for his teammates. He’s quick in getting to the basket and can score on the move.
Josh Robinson 6’2″ Perryville: A nifty combo guard with good size and excellent skill level. Has the ability to change speeds and keep opposing defenders off balance when getting to the basket. Add to that is that Robinson is also a southpaw. He can score off the dribble and knock down the 3-pointer.
Jacob Meinershagen 6’2″ West County: A small-school shooting guard who has the ability to score in a variety of ways. He attacks the basket hard and can also hit the stop and pop pull up jumpers. He also works well without the ball with the ability to get buckets coming off screens and curls.
