Adonicas Sanders has committed to play football at Georgia Tech University next season according to Fort Dorchester High School Coach Leon Wheaton. Sanders helped the Patriots to a 2015 State Championship.
Sanders started his high school career at Burke HS in Charleston.
Sanders 6’1 guard plays basketball on the Patriots basketball team. Sanders is ranked #73 in the Prep Hoops Top 125 this season. Sanders played AAU ball with TMP out of Charleston.
Sanders a wide receiver had 61 receptions and 1,440 yards this season while recording 20 touchdowns. Sanders a North-South All Star selection but was later added to the SC Shrine Bowl roster.
Sanders finished with 105 receptions and 2,375 yards while adding 28 touchdowns in 2 seasons at Fort Dorchester.
Sanders received interest from Western Carolina, Presbyterian and South Carolina State before deciding on Georgia Tech.
Earl Bostick plays down near the Georgia border in Barnwell County. Bostick is a 6’6 OL/DL for the Barnwell Warhorses.
Bostick has committed to play at the Kansas next season in the Big 12 Conference according to Warhorses Boys Basketball Coach Mike Highsmith.
Bostick plays basketball for the Warhorses. Bostick was once committed to play at Appalachian State bore deciding to be a Jayhawk next season.
Justin Busby – Christian Academy (Myrtle Beach) (2017)
Busby a combo guard is currently at 1,218 career points entering tonight’s game vs Dillon Christian. Busby the son of former College of Charleston player Marlon Busby played his first 3 years of high school at Waccamaw HS. Busby has helped the Saints to a 13-10 record heading down the stretch into the SCISA playoffs. Busby is averaging 16.3 ppg, 3.8 rebounds and 3.9 assists this season.
Busby tells Prep Hoops he is wide open in his recruitment and would consider playing AAU this spring. Busby told Prep Hoops he has received interest from Newberry, USC-Aiken, Limestone and Spartanburg Methodist College this spring.
Busby is ranked #34 in the Prep Hoops Top 125.
