The 2020 guard is 5’10” but he plays like a 6’0″ senior. Scott is currently plays point guard and is the sixth man for his squad. He’s a good shooter that can get in the lane and shoot from distance as well. He also likes to create shots for his teammates, and he also describes himself as a two way player.
“I feel confident that I can always get my shot,” Scott said. “I’m a solid ball handler that feels comfortable running a team.”
A couple of things he wants to work on is being more of a leader and talking more during games. He also wants to improve his midrange game by becoming more consistent.
Scott is young, but wants to play basketball as far it can take him. He said he wants to play division one basketball and hopefully be in the NBA someday.
But first he has to focus on his high school career at Bellarmine Prep in the 4A South Puget Sound Conference.
“There is a lot of good competition in this league,” Scott said. “Every game is a big game.”
Scott is currently averaging 10.3 points and three assists per game.
