MONDAY: Cathedral vs. Indianapolis Manual – 7:30 PM ET
The Indianapolis City Tournament Final is tonight and it should be an entertaining one. Cathedral has gotten on a roll this week, starting to right the ship a bit and Manual has had to fight their way through some good teams to make it here. Manual will want to run but Cathedral can play that way as well, although they will need some of their underclassmen to step up to do it. Should be a fun, high-scoring affair.
TUESDAY: Pike vs. Zionsville – 7:30 PM ET
The last few year’s, Zionsville has had Pike’s number and this year could be more of the same. However, Pike is as they always have been, a team capable of winning any game on any given night. This should be an entertaining game as Pike will try and slow down Isiah Thompson from Zionsville.
WEDNESDAY: Cardinal Ritter vs. Park Tudor – 7:30 PM ET
Since the start of the year, Ritter has shown that they can hang with every team on their schedule. They have four losses by a combined 17 points. Park Tudor will offer one of the toughest teams they have faced all year. Park Tudor is playing as well as they have all year and that is good as the toughest tests are coming up in the next few games. First, they will have to hold of Ritter.
THURSDAY: Griffith vs. Andrean – 8:00 PM ET
If you said that these two teams were a combined 24-3 this season, that would have to come as a shock. Especially if you said Andrean had the better record. However, this will be a tough test on Thursday night for both teams. Griffith has been the more tested team but Andrean’s only loss has come at the hands of Merrillville by 9 points.
FRIDAY: Warren Central vs. North Central – 7:30 PM ET
Exactly two weeks to the day, Warren Central lost by four to North Central in the semifinals of the Marion County Tournament. Now, they get their chance at revenge. The only game Warren Central has played since then is a 54-50 overtime win over Lawrence Central. North Central, they have lost to Pike and Lawrence North and then beat Muncie Central. Should be an exciting rematch.
SATURDAY: Crown Point vs. Warren Central – 8:00 PM ET
If things weren’t tough enough for Warren Central, they get back-to-back tough games as Crown Point comes to town on Saturday night. Crown Point is 13-2 and only lost their two games by a combined 7 points. Crown Point can handle quick, athletic teams so they won’t be scared off by Warren Central. Can Warren get a pair of big wins this week or will they get swept by two of the best teams in 4A? Either shouldn’t surprise anyone.
