Manuel Brown – 6’0/PG/2019 – Indianapolis Scecina – Manuel Brown is a highly athletic lead guard. His athleticism seems to have taken a step for and especially his explosion. He is pretty good whenever he finds a lane to the rim of attacking and finishing strong. Just missed a highlight reel dunk. However, he’s still a point guard and has a really good pace to his game and his calm and collectiveness seems to have gotten better as well.
Jayvon Hatton – 6’3/SF/2019 – Indianapolis Scecina – Hatton is a long, rangy wing that showed an improved jumper. His touch looks solid and he had it working well in the second half. His length, though, is crazy long and he can make plays with it. Only about 6’3 right now but might have a little more in him. He’s giving great effort and looks like he’s finding his niche. Has a ton of upside with that jumper working for him.
Darius Osborne – 6’7/PF/2019 – Pleasure Ridge (KY) – Osborne is a thin forward with a some skill to him. A little passive and soft but still pretty young and he doesn’t yet have a body to do everything that seems to be in his head. Really like his touch around the rim. He has soft hands and finishes well with his length over the top of defenders. He’s going to be a bit of a project as his body develops and fills out but some added muscle will go a long way.
J.J. Weaver – 6’7/SF/2019 – Louisville Moore (KY) – Weaver is a big, strong athlete with an advanced body and tons of strength. He’s really raw though, needing to work on his shooting motion from the arms down. His free throws look great but in his jump shot he can get a lot out of whack. He’s going to need a lot of work but he can be functional as a low post threat. He’s got the strength and enough fluidity to finish at the rim. Still has a long way to go but there is no denying the body and athleticism.
