Freeman Brou – 6’5/PF/2018 – Northeastern – Brou looked just as good the second time around. The big, thick forward impresses with his ability to play around the rim and while he needs to improve his bounce and explosiveness, he still has pretty solid touch. He needs to clean up his footwork a bit. Really like where he can go in the next year with just a few small tweaks.
Gerrin Moore – 6’6/SF/2018 – Jeffersonville – Moore is a tall wing who can play inside and out and has a solid jumper stretching out to the arc. He’s a really athletic kid and plays tough, doing a lot of work inside in the paint. He can do just about anything and seems to have the work ethic that he’ll go and play tough defense and dive on the floor for you. His three-point shot looks solid but he got hurt early in the second half and didn’t return. Great first look and definitely a college player that coaches would love to have.
Nick Walker – 6’2/CG/2018 – Henryville – Walker is a crafty scoring guard with a good jumper and some toughness to his game. Came out and hit a pair of jumpers, grabbed a tough board in traffic, and then had a big come-from-behind block in about the first 90 seconds. He’s a decent athlete and knows how to just play and give a high effort level. Really like him as a guy that at a lower level could play him on the ball because his handles are solid and he’s far from a guy that is going to overshoot, a little more passive than he has to be. His rebounding, though, is really solid. He just tries to rebound as much as he can and finds success a lot.
Trey Hill – 6’4/SG/2018 – Pleasure Ridge (KY) – Hill is a long, lanky guard with good size but a frame that is going to need some weight with it. However, he’s a strong and creative lefty scorer. Has touch out to the perimeter and a decent stroke. His ball handling is pretty solid and he can create well from the top of the key, getting into the lane where he can finish really well using his length and athleticism. Should stick at the two spot and give another capable ball handler. LM level player with some upside as the body fills out.
Hayden Langkabel – 6’1/PG/2018 – Morristown – Hayden is a solid built combo guard who has great pace and a knack for scoring the ball. He’s got a big frame and it is already filled out but he’s got some speed to him. He’s a pretty solid shooter but he’s best when on the ball and driving because he’s not real flashy, rather extremely efficient. He’s a pretty solid passer and looks to get things setup. He gives great effort but he can kind of sellout sometimes on plays and get beat. Will need to reel things in a times on that end of the floor.
Stephen Cook – 6’4/SF/2018 – Christian Academy – Cook is a tall wing with some mobility and scoring ability. Really good around the rim with his ability to handle the ball to get in the lane and the agile enough to get a good shot off against length. Not a big shooter but used floaters, tough finishes, and layups to score. He plays more of a 3/4 scorer right now without a jumper.
