The 6’4 guard is starting to turn heads as he had a great summer season running with Louisville Lightning 2017 which is where he felt his recruiting really started to ramp up.
“My summer season was the turning point of my whole basketball career. I upgraded my game and I added more to my game where I can do more than just post up and I can now play on the wing as well.”
Numerous D2/D3/NAIA schools have shown interest in Langley with the most recent being a host of schools including: Albion College, Asbury University, Anderson University, Bethany College, Kentucky Wesleyan College, Lee University, Macalester College, Manchester University, Mineral Area College, Mount Saint Joseph University, Union University, and Wabash College. He has taken visits to Anderson and Kentucky Wesleyan. Langley has no upcoming visits scheduled and is planning to take more visits after this season.
“They look at me as the guy who can get on the floor and get after the ball with really no position and get after it with my motor on both ends of the floor.”
This summer was the turning point for Langley as he dropped some weight and got stronger and now is more of an all-around player which is really helping his game this season. Langley is still working on his game this winter and it is only progressing him further.
“The thing I worked on the most was conditioning so I could slim down and be more versatile and play faster. I am still working on my jump shot as well.”
Bosse is ranked #3 in the AP poll and was the 3A state runner-up last year. With previous success, they are looking to made a bigger imprint in the state tournament this year.
“I am looking forward to getting better as a team and making it back to Banker’s Life and putting the pieces together.”
With a strong senior season looming ahead, Langley hopes to turn his vast amount of interest into offers that will give him a school that will give him the opportunity to play basketball at the next level and get a great education at the same time.
“I am just looking for a school that will fit me best.”
