2019
Tycen Gray 6’3″ Farmington: A physical combo forward who plays with a high motor at all times. He scored 14 points in the victory over Perryville. Gray has a great basketball body and he plays like a beast in the paint area. Regardless of the size of his opponent, he is bringing the action to you, make no mistake about it.
Cole Laurence 6’6″ Farmington: A talented young post player who has a chance to develop into quite a prospect before he’s done. He has good size and a nice touch around the basket. He already has developed some solid post moves with good footwork. He scored 11 points in the victory over Perryville. He is also a good free throw shooter.
Michael Brewer 6’4″ Hillsboro: A tough, physical inside player who had 22 points and 10 rebounds in a victory over Potosi. Brewer is a very active player around the basket who can score and attack the glass. He also runs the court well. He is also a very talented baseball player.
Clayton Snudden 6’0″ DeSoto: Snudden scored a game-high 19 points in a victory over North County. He is a tough, competitive guard who scored on many determined drives to the basket. He handles the ball well and plays with a lot of confidence. He also gives you an excellent effort on the defensive end.
Chase Brown 6’3″ Perryville: This young man is a real knock down shooter from 3-point range. He came off the bench and scored 11 points in the loss to Farmington, including a trio of 3-pointers from the corner. This young lefty has a smooth stroke.
2020
Breven McMullen 6’3″ Park Hills Central: A young Stretch 4 who had 17 points and 10 rebounds in a victory over West County. The kid has an impressive stroke from 3-point range off the pick and pop. He missed his first four, but that didn’t bother him. He ended up making four 3-pointers while dominated the defensive backboards.
Brent Wagner 5’11” Park Hills Central: A talented young guard who scored 11 points in the victory over West County. When his team fell behind early, Wagner sparked the team with three consecutive 3-pointers. He knocked down two of them off the catch and the third in transition. He plays the game with a lot of savvy and poise.
