MVP | DONNELL FRAYER | LANDON ’17
Donnell Frayer had the hot hand in this game. The unsigned senior guard hit a myriad of difficult shots, including one from about 30 feet out to tie it late.
BEST OFFENSIVE PERFORMANCE | DONNELL FRAYER | LANDON ’17
Frayer shot the ball exceptionally well from the perimeter. He showcased some craftiness with the ball and the ability to finish at the rim from various angles.
BEST DEFENSIVE PERFORMANCE | DEVON FLOWERS | POTOMAC SCHOOL ’18
Devon Flowers blocked a game-high 4 shots. The 6’9 junior big man exhibited good timing. He also used his length a host of other shots.
BEST UNDER-THE-RADAR PERFORMANCE | DEVON FLOWERS | POTOMAC SCHOOL ’18
Flowers finished up with 14 points and 4 rebounds to go along with those 4 blocks. The junior has very good size and mobility at 6’9.
BEST REBOUNDER | ZACH HARRIS | POTOMAC SCHOOL ’17
Zach Harris was all over the place in this one. He secured 9 rebounds, including the one which led to his game winner.
BEST GUY OFF THE BENCH | QUINN BOYD | Landon ’17
Quinn Boyd came in and helped Landon fortify their early lead with two three pointers. Boyd’s impact in the first half was undeniable.
BEST INTANGIBLES | ZACH HARRIS | POTOMAC SCOOL ’17
Harris did whatever it took to help his team win this one. Whether it was take a charge or crash the offensive boards, the senior was up to the task.
BEST UNDERCLASSMEN | CANIN REYNOLDS | LANDON ’20
Freshman guard Canin Reynolds recorded 6 points, 3 steals, 2 rebounds, and 1 block for Landon. Reynolds showed quickness, solid paint-getting ability and touch around the rim.
BEST CATCH AND SHOOT GUY | DONNELL FRAYER | LANDON ’17
Hard to believe that any of Frayer’s four three point makes hit the rim last night.
BEST PASSER | DONNELL FRAYER | LANDON ’17
Frayer was very good at creating offense in this one. He made several nice pocket passes and wasn’t afraid to make the extra pass to the wide open man.
