Rebounds pretty well and showed more mobility than we had seen out of him in the past when we evaluated him in July with the Wolves and in the fall.
He spoke about his summer with the Illinois Wolves 15U.
“The summer went really well. We got a lot better. From the spring we got better chemistry and got better as a team. We were more successful than in the spring.”
Where did he see growth in his game?
“I think I changed my body a lot. Before I was a lot slower. I have have gained a lot of muscle and gained a lot of weight. I feel more athletic and quicker.”
He is looking forward to a big year at DePaul Prep.
“The team is looking good. We have a lot of pieces stepping up from last year. I think it will be an exciting season.”
What does he see his role on the team?
“I will do whatever coach needs me to do. If he needs me to rebound one game I will rebound. If he needs me to score I will score. I think it will change game to game.”
