Mike Shepski to Bemidji State
The commitments are flying on Tuesday night in the state of Illinois! The latest is Brother Rice point guard Mike Shepski! The 2017 point guard who is known for his sharp shooting from the perimeter has given his commitment to D2 program Bemidji State.
“I chose Bemidji State for a few reasons. I met with the coaching staff and they spent some quality time with me and really gave me a good understanding of their basketball program and school. I watched a practice and feel I would fit very well. Along with that I really liked the atmosphere and the people I met.”
Shepski ran with Chicago Lockdown on the travel team circuit where he showed his toughness and ability to connect from deep. He has been a starter at Brother Rice since his freshman season and is on pace to be the all-time three point field goal leader in school history.
Commitment confirmed by Brother Rice Head Coach Bobby Frasor.
