At nine points per game returning along with the 11.4 points per contest from Savion Scott and the 10.6 a game from Jordan Lynn the Patriots have key piece returning from a good team.
“Every day we need to work harder, every practice attitudes need to be controlled now,” said Wood about how they need to prepare for the year. “When we get to that stage we have to keep working. Until then work harder as we move on.”
Wood, Lynn, and Scott played together on the D1 Minnesota Prospects team as they continued to form chemistry between the three of them.
“AAU was great working hard and traveling around and making good relationships with my teammates,” said Wood.
At a listed 6-foot-7 with a lengthy wingspan and quality bounce Wood will play college basketball. Right now the question is where and at what level. Wood has excellent potential so he is one to watching through his senior year.
“I’m hearing the most from DePaul, and a Nebraska division one junior college,” Lamar stated.
“I would like to visit DePaul and the Nebraska division one junior college. I do have college visits coming soon, those are Drake, DePaul, the junior college, and many more to come.”
