Logan Matulis (Mountain Pointe 2017) – Logan was co-MVP of the event is a player that shines in a fast paced game, as he is quick all over the floor and can get to the rim with ease. This weekend, he did just that, as he impressed everyone that saw him. He is multi-skilled, from attacking to even shooting the ball. The opposing team knows he is a match up problem for most players, as he uses his length to make plays. Logan is expected to have a great season for MPHS.
Rashad Smith (Hamilton 2018) – At 6’4”, the wing has shown off the increased potential for himself as he continues his development as dual threat. He can shoot the ball as well as attack the rim with ease now with his noticeably added strength than he was earlier when we saw him and he appears to be faster in transition as well. Smith competes hard and the sky is the limit.
Daniel “Miles” Allen (Corona Del Sol 2018) – Allen was the most energetic player at the camp, He is a long, strong talented athlete that gets after it on both ends of the floor, and has shown he is special while playing fast paced showing off his transition game, having the length as a wing to finish at the rim.
Brenden Van Dyke (Westview 2017) – Brenden is very long, and shined when attacking the basket and anything within close range. With his height & length he ran the floor well, often finishing above the rim and can get up there and dunk. Van Dyke was very impressive on the defensive end as well, being a great rim protector.
