Strengths
Strong Duo at Top. There is a clear top two with Ayo Dosunmu (Morgan Park) and Tim Finke (Champaign Central) leading the way. Both have established themselves as no doubt high-major prospects after strong showings on the grassroots circuit and reeling in offers at a rapid pace. Dosunmu and Finke are both coveted commodities for Midwest programs already.
Upside, Potential, but Not Production….Yet. There are still a lot of guys that could make that jump during the upcoming high school season taking their games to new heights.
Weaknesses
Definite D1 Talent. Going off the last point this is one of the hardest classes at this stage to differentiate between various levels. Not just different D1 levels (HM, MM, LM), but even if players are D1 prospects at this point. The problem is they lack the ideal height to project at the four man spot at the next level while not having proven the skill set to play the three at the college level. The way the game is going with more undersized four men this does allow for them to be successful at the next level. The question is just what level?
