It might not necessarily always be the highest rated prospect in the program either although it very well could be.
Today we give our program MVP to the player on Kessel Heat that made a major statement with his play over the last several months. Proviso East 2018 shooting guard Quinlan Bennett is our MVP for Kessel Heat.
The long and athletic Bennett has always had potential flashing it every now and then both in his younger days on the circuit as well with his high school team. This spring was his breakout! On Kessel Heat’s talented 16U squad the wing showed his full skill set scoring, passing, and defending at a high level. He started to make that turn from prospect to player that is always important between a player’s sophomore and junior years. Bennett displayed a versatile game that allowed him to contribute across the board and bring whatever his team needed each game.
Congrats to Quinlan on winning the Kessel Heat Program MVP!
