Vantage Hoops will be in the gym throughout the day for what is shaping up to be an outstanding event. Below, we highlight some sophomore wings to keep an eye on at E80.
Anwar Gill | Gonzaga
Perhaps among the best athletes who will be in attendance Sunday, Anwar Gill is an exciting prospect who also possesses a very good feel for the game. Gill’s ability to create for others and defend a number of positions give him the ability to impact the game on both ends of the court.
Aundre Hyatt | Miller School
Considered along with the top young wings nationally in the 2019 class, we’ll get our first chance to see Aundre Hyatt at E80. The New York native, who will play for Danny Manuel at Miller School this season, should make an immediate two-way impact.
Marvin Price | Patterson
6-foot-5 lefty wing Marvin Price, who has transferred from DeMatha to Patterson, is considered among the most promising 2019 prospects from the DMV region. Price is a big and crafty wing who likes to get downhill, where he finishes efficiently through contact. Look for Price to score it in bunches from multiple areas of the floor at E80.
