Parker spoke about running with Playground Elite in July.
“It has gone good. I like how coach has coached me. Make sure I am getting some open shots.”
What are the strengths and weaknesses of his game at this stage?
“My weakness is for sure getting better on defense. I have to make sure I get stronger in the weight room and more athletic. I think I am a good shooter that can distribute the ball. I have good size for a point guard. Mainly I can score.”
Parker is making the move over from Niles West to Kenwood for his final high school season.
“I like playing with Kenwood. Coach Marlo (Finner) is a great dude. We should have a nice season.”
A couple schools have shown some interest in him.
“I visited SIU in June and went to the Loyola team camp.”
