Great off the catch spotting up in the corners and on the wings. Improved his athleticism some over the last year and even shows some hops in transition which have both helped diversify his game. Shooting is still his go his go to weapon. D2 prospect with low-major potential.
How was his first year at Whitney Young after transferring from Brother Rice?
“It wasn’t like we expected obviously as we wanted to go further in the playoffs, but it was a good learning experience adjusting to the public league. I think I am going to be ready for next year.”
He has enjoyed playing with Team Rose on the circuit.
“I love playing for this team and with this group of guys. I think we have a great chemistry. When we play together we are really good. We can beat good team in whatever tournament we go to.”
He spoke about his game.
“My main focus is my three point shooting. Once the defense adjusts to that I can drive to the basket where I can dish off to a teammate or take it in myself. That was something the coaches at Whitney Young told me to work on. That is something I am really focusing on and trying to get better during the offseason.”
A trio of college programs are monitoring his progress early.
“San Diego, Pepperdine, and Brown.”
