Since then, Bow mentioned to PHM that he’s heard from; Eastern Michigan, Toledo, Central Michigan, Akron, Detroit, Xavier, and Buffalo.
Two of those schools are showing more interest than the rest.
“Toledo and Eastern Michigan are after me the most,” said Bow. “Toledo told me at their elite camp that they are very close to offering. And I went to the Eastern Michigan team camp and I had two 30 point games – and after the last game I talked to their assistant coach and he took my number down.”
The up-and-coming 2018 prospect defined his playing style to PHM, and says attacking the hoops is what he thrives on.
“I like to play up-tempo and attack the basket. I like shooting pull-up jumpers, but I can also step out and hit some 3s. I need to improve on being able to knock-down tough shots,” said Bow, who mentioned he feels like more of a natural point guard than anything else.
“I’m more comfortable with the ball in my hands right now, and I think at the next level I’ll be a point guard. But if needed I’ll be able to play shooting guard; I can play both.”
Currently he’s wrapping up his grassroots season with 1Nation’s 16U squad. His goals for the rest of July are pretty cut-and-dry, and attainable.
“By the end of the summer I want to have at least three offers,” said Bow.
